This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through CoreLink Trade Co. and covers all product categories, including Home & Kitchen, Patio, Automotive & Tools Improvement.


1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

  • Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories

  • Be free of physical damage not caused during shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@corelinktradeco.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item sent by us

  • Shipping damage (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. CoreLink Trade Co. is not responsible for lost or unreceived return shipments.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is caused by our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or significantly misdescribed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Take clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Report the problem within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email the details to info@corelinktradeco.com

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on product availability.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if they have not yet shipped.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible, and a standard return process applies.
